Shipment Processing Time

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • US: 2–6 Business Days 
  • Worldwide: 14-21 Business Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of the seller’s control).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges.

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.
